I heard this story from Fr. William at Christ the King Parish just a few days ago. This story was part of his sermon and I thought that the reflection that came with it was very apt for everyone.
Life is so busy at times that we find ourselves with hardly any time to pause and pray. Well, just like any other thing, prayer takes effort and requires the setting of priorities. Prayer just doesn’t happen. We have to make it happen.

Christ the King Parish (CTK) and the Couples for Christ CTK Chapter are embarking on Libis Kalinga, a Gawad Kalinga Project for the relocation of Sitio 1, Libis Residents. Beneficiaries will include 65 families. The GK Site will be in San Jose, Bulacan (adjacent to Bagong Silang, Caloocan).
